★準備材料:

 

食材:(1-2人份)

#桂格養氣人蔘 一瓶、#福樂自然零無加糖優酪乳 半瓶、#桂格每日營養穀珍黑穀珍寶 隨身包半包、嫩薑 30g、蒜頭 30g 、芝麻醬 三湯匙、雞胸 一片、豆菜麵 300g、小黃瓜 一根、紅蘿蔔 一根、雞蛋 一顆、剝皮辣椒 三條、花生醬 兩湯匙、糖 適量、辣油 少許、白醋 少許、醬油 少許、香油 少許

★料理步驟:

 

1.將桂格養氣人蔘、嫩薑、蒜頭、芝麻醬、桂格每日營養穀珍黑穀珍寶、花生醬、福樂自然零無加糖優酪乳、香油、糖、白醋、醬油、辣油以均值機打均勻,做成涼麵麻醬。

2. 雞胸肉用泡熟法保持鮮嫩,放涼切絲備用。

3. 煎蛋皮、小黃瓜、紅蘿蔔、剝皮辣椒切絲。

4. 豆菜麵置底,放上雞肉絲、蛋絲、小黃瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、剝皮辣椒絲、雞肉絲,並淋上麻醬。

★Ingredients:(For 1-2 servings)

  • ½ bottle of 920ml #FreshDelight Natural Zero Added Sugar Yogurt (460ml)
  • 1 27g packet of #Quaker Daily Nutrition Black Valley Treasure
  • 30g young ginger
  • 30g garlic
  • 3 tbsp sesame paste
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 300g bean noodles
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 3 peeled pickled peppers
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Sugar, chili oil, white vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil (to taste)

★Cooking Steps:

 1. Blend together into a creamy sesame sauce: Quaker Ginseng, young ginger, garlic, sesame paste, Quaker Daily Nutrition Zhen Black Valley Treasure, peanut butter, Fresh Delight Yogurt, sesame oil, sugar, white vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil.

 2. Boil the chicken breast until it is tender. Once cooled, shred it for later use.

 3. Whisk the egg and fry a thin omelet. Shred it. Thinly julienne cucumber, carrot, peeled pepper.
