★瘋蛋白歐陸菜-白醬雞肉丸子 食譜

 

★準備材料:

 

食材:(1-2人份)

桂格完膳營養素50ml、福樂一番鮮全脂鮮乳50ml、福樂好優牛奶優格1湯匙、桂格即沖即食大燕麥片50g 、馬鈴薯一顆、黑胡椒適量、雞肉300g、鹽適量、蒜頭5小顆、白酒適量、蘑菇10顆、紅蔥頭3顆、羅勒適量、奶油適量、起士適量、雞高湯適量、麵粉適量

★料理步驟:

 

1.將馬鈴薯削皮切塊加鹽水煮至透透。

2.雞肉加入優格、鹽、黑胡椒醃製十分鐘以上。

3.蒜末、九層塔、白酒、蘑菇、紅蔥頭碎、完膳、鮮奶、奶油、起士、雞高湯備用。

4.馬鈴薯撈起加入燕麥與麵粉揉成團,捏成小團投入滾水中煮熟。

5.撈起後的糰子瀝水後加入鍋內加奶油煎出金黃色盛起備用。

6.原鍋放入雞肉煎成半熟備用。

7.同鍋放入蘑菇、紅蔥頭碎、蒜碎炒出香氣,再倒入白酒同煮,加入雞高湯、鮮奶與完膳。

8.放入糰子與雞肉收汁入味後加入九層塔翻炒起鍋。

9.最後刨上起士絲。

★Recipe for Pan-fried Chicken and Dumplings in White Sauce

 

★Ingredients:(For 1-2 servings)

 

  • 50ml Quaker Complete Nutrition 50ml
  • 50ml Fresh Delight Full Cream Fresh Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Delight Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Great Day Olive Oil
  • 50g Quaker Instant Oats
  • 300g Chicken breast
  • 1 large potato (or two medium-sized potatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons flour (enough to bind with the potato and oats to make dough for dumplings)
  • A handful of black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 150ml white wine
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 3 shallots
  • A small handful of basil
  • 100g butter
  • 150ml chicken broth
  • Your choice of cheese for sprinkling at the top (we recommend a hard cheese like Parmigiano)

★Cooking Steps:

 1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, salt, and black pepper (for at least ten minutes).

 2. While the chicken is marinating, peel and cut the potatoes into pieces, and boil in salted water until tender.

 3. Finely chop the garlic, basil, shallots, and mushrooms, then set aside.

 4. Drain the potato after boiling. In a large bowl, mix with oats and add flour continually until it makes dough. Knead then roll into a tube and cut into small balls. Cook in boiling water until done (dumplings will rise to the top when done).

 5. Drain the cooked dumplings, then fry in butter until golden. Set them aside.

 6. In the same pan, sear the chicken until half-cooked and set aside.

 7. In the same pan, add mushrooms, chopped shallots, and garlic, sauté until fragrant, then pour in white wine. Add chicken broth, fresh milk, and Complete Nutrition.

 8. Add the dumplings and chicken, simmer until the sauce thickens, then stir in basil and remove from heat.

 9. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese.
